Returns and Exchanges

  • Shipping Timelines: Allow 1-2 days for order processing. If products are in stock, it will ship the next day.  If products are not in stock, we will send an email with an update on the timeline for receiving stock on the item purchased.  
  • Custom Orders: If products are custom orders such as earring painting or other jewelry customizations, it's typically 2-3 days processing. We know how frustrating it is to have to wait on products, therefore, we try our best to keep things stocked.  In instances where we fall short, we send a free accessory as our way of saying "thank you so much for being patient". ;-)
  • Warranty: We stand by the quality of our products.  If any product has physical defects, we will replace them at no extra charge to you.  Simply send us a photo or video of the product and we will process your issue by first, shipping out a replacement (if in stock). If not in stock, we will offer you an opportunity for exchanging to a different product. If no product is desired, we will refund your money for that product.
  • Questions: We LOVE when you contact us for questions.  We are estatic to answer any questions about fit, color, prints, shipping, customizations and more.  Simply contact us by email, Instagram messenger or Facebook messenger and we'll respond the same day...often within minutes!
  • Returns and Exchanges: We allow returns for defective products.  We allow exchanges for products that do not fit or that maybe just wasn't quite what you were looking for.  Our exchange and return policy is as follows: Contact us within 10 days of delivery of your product to inform us of your desire to exchange or return.
  • Ship packages back to: Emorie Jordon Showroom 42016 Silver Puffs Drive Lancaster, CA 93536. Once we receive the merchandise, we will contact you and work to assist you in finding the perfect exchange.
  • Recieving Your Shipment: If you do not receive your items within 4 days of shipment, contact us promptly. 
Every order will receive the following 3 emails from us:

1. Order Received email 2. Order Shipped email. 3. Order Delivered email.  Please be sure to watch for your Order delivered email! In the rare event that a package is misdelivered or cannot be delivered for any reason, we MUST know that you have NOT received the package within the same week.  The longer you wait to report it, the less likely we will be able to work with the shipping carrier to get the package to you.  Please Note: If you do not report the package missing within 3 days of receiving the "Order Delivered" email, you assume the responsiblity for the package and must work with the postal service to resolve.
